What we collect, and what we'll never do with it.

What we collect

When you join the list: your email address and postcode. If you arrived from a link with tracking tags, we also keep the tag (so we know which of our posts or ads actually work) and the page that referred you.

Why

Email — to tell you when reservations open, and not much else. We'll only email when there's something worth saying, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
Postcode — to work out where our delivery rounds need to be. A fleet only works if the deliveries are close together; your postcode is how we plan that.

Where it lives

In a database hosted in London (Supabase, AWS eu-west-2). It never leaves our control: no selling, no renting, no sharing with advertisers, no "trusted partners". If that ever changed we'd ask you first — but it won't.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it counts visits without tracking you across the web, which is why this site doesn't nag you with a cookie banner.

How long, and how to leave

We keep your details until you ask us not to, or until the project reaches its go/no-go decision and you haven't reserved — at which point unused waitlist data gets deleted rather than hoarded.
